Application Management

The HISinOne component 'APP' enables prospective students and applicants to utilise the HISinOne portal to submit applications for degree programmes, upload the necessary documentation, access notifications and progress through the admission and enrolment process, which is managed by the admissions office.

As part of the application and enrollment process, members of the selection committee for master's degree programs also have access to the application documents, allowing them to make decisions quickly and easily with digital support.

Information from external systems, such as MoveOn and Uni-Assist, is transferred via interfaces and made available for further processing in the HISinOne portal.

The Stiftung für Hochschulzulassung oversees the allocation of study places for single-subject bachelor's degree programs with restricted admission, facilitating regular data exchange.

As part of our commitment to digital transformation, we have integrated a document management system into the application process.
