You are a student or early career researcher in need of support for registration fees or travel? Please do contact us - we have limited funds available to assist with those costs.

Please contact us if you are in need of childcare during the meeting - we will find a way to assist you that fits your needs.

Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches in the cafeteria and light dinners. They do NOT include accommodation, travel nor the Networking event on Thursday evening (you will be asked during the registration process whether you would like to participate in the Networking event).

...will be selected from abstracts; if you are not selected for a talk, we will be delighted to check out your research at your poster (you can win one out of three poster prizes!). We will also select 10 session chairs from abstracts. We will inform you about whether your abstract was selected for a talk or whether you will be one of our session chairs by February 8, 2024.
