NIR-II Quantum Dots for Advanced In Vivo Fluorescence Imaging

Fluorescent imaging in the second near-infrared window (NIR-II, 0.9-1.7 μm) is appealing in in vivo imaging due to negligible tissue absorbance and scattering, as well as the minimal autofluorescence in this region, affording maximal penetration depth for deep tissue imaging with high feature fidelity. In this talk, I will introduce our recent efforts on the development of new NIR-II nanoprobes and their applications in precise medicine research by taking advantage of the NIR-II imaging technology, which enables us to visualize the diagnosis and treatment process of diseases such as tumor and Alzheimer‘s disease (AD) in vivo.
