About

I joined Osnabrück University in September 2024 as a research associate in the Institute of Education and have a focus on supporting research activity in the Department of Vocational Education Studies. I am working in the project BeConnect which is focusing on vocational education personnel.

Former, I worked at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences on various Europe-wide research projects on diversity and intercultural opening. I was also used to work in business are with focus on learning and development, where I created and conducted various training courses.

Research interests

  • Vocational Education with a focus on the educators
  • Differential and Personality Psychology
  • Intercultural Psychology and Diversity

Qualifications

  • Master of Education, Communication and Management, final thesis on diversity competence in managers
  • Bachlor of Science, Business Psychology, final thesis on feedback and willingness to learn

Experience in industry

Before I joined the Osnabrück University, I worked in consulting at Hogrefe Verlag. I advised companies on the selection of test procedures for personnel selection and development and gave workshops in this area. I also used to work as a training designer at ROSEN, at international companies in the field of pipeline services, and developed e-learning and training courses and dealt in depth with the topic of change processes.

International experience

Both during my time at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and during my time at ROSEN, I was involved in international contexts. At Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, I worked on Europe-wide research projects, was in contact with universities in France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovenia, but also Morocco and Israel, and had the opportunity to visit the universities in Riga and Bratislava. At ROSEN, I worked in the global training area and was in constant exchange with experts from foreign locations.
